Refund policy

 

❌ CANCELLATIONS
Art Love Friend products are custom created for each order. Once an item goes into production, it cannot be cancelled. Please check your orders carefully.

🪃 REASONS FOR RETURNS
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

💽 GIFT CARDS AND DIGITAL ITEMS
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for gift cards and digital items.

💔 RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo within 3 days of receiving your package to: shop@artlovefriend.com. Please provide your order number and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement. If a return of merchandise is required, please package your items using the instructions that will be sent to you within 14 days. Turn around and shipping times will be the same as regular store items.

🚙 PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date, via email to: shop@artlovefriend.com.

🕵️ WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, or the shipment goes unclaimed, it will be returned to Art Love Friend and you may be charged for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed. Please check your orders carefully. : )
